A summer BBQ with singer-songwriter Reinhold Beckmann at the Elb-Lodge: for the friends and supporters of Hamburg's Olympic bid, Golf Lounge Resort became the meeting point for a very special afternoon.

In a very special atmosphere, many athletes, friends and supporters of the Olympic bid came together at Golf Lounge Resort. Right by the water, between the driving range and the greens, the Elb-Lodge provided the perfect setting – summery, personal and right in the middle of the sports city of Hamburg.

Celebrating victories together, facing defeats together

Following the motto "celebrating victories together and facing defeats together", we came together to draw strength for new projects as a community. Exactly that mix of sporting spirit and togetherness was tangible throughout the afternoon – over the BBQ from the Elb-Lodge kitchen as well as in the many conversations out on the terrace.

Thank you to Reinhold, Thomas and Jan-Peter for a magical musical atmosphere. Sometimes stirring, sometimes reflective – that is how we got to experience a wonderful afternoon and felt a great deal of closeness and connection.
