A birthday celebration in Hamburg on a site directly by the river Elbe: Golf Lounge Moorfleet is a party venue with several rooms under one roof – Elb-Lodge (50–80 people, seasonal), alpine lodge (65 people) with fireplace, Star Tent (up to 150) for larger celebrations and the covered TrackMan driving range as an active programme building block. The combination is plannable year-round and weather-independent, because indoor and outdoor variants share one site. Families are welcome as guests, and the focus of this format is on adult birthday celebrations from a small circle to milestone parties.
Formats – from a small group to a big celebration
For small celebrations the fireplace area of the alpine lodge or a section of the Elb-Lodge fits well; for milestone birthdays with more guests the whole lodge, the Star Tent or a combination of several rooms in sequence. Popular programme items are a short session on the TrackMan range with a PGA coach, a round on the TrackMan simulators in teams or – weather permitting – a shared round on the 6-hole short course. No prior golf experience is needed; clubs and balls are provided.
Around the occasion, further building blocks can be added: a menu, a buffet or a BBQ on the terrace from the Elb-Lodge kitchen, an aperitif in the lodge, an activity on the range and a relaxed finish. Kitchen, bar, service staff, technology and optional golf building blocks are coordinated centrally by the event team – as a party venue with its own kitchen and event team, coordination between multiple providers is unnecessary.
