Christmas Party Hamburg

A different Christmas party in Hamburg: alpine lodge with fireplace, Elb-Lodge and a TrackMan simulator tournament – fully indoors and weatherproof.

Welcome to Golf Lounge Resort

A Christmas party venue in Hamburg that takes place entirely indoors: Golf Lounge in Moorfleet plans Christmas parties weather-independently on a site directly by the river Elbe. Available spaces are the alpine lodge (65 people) with fireplace, the Elb-Lodge (50–80 people, seasonal) with panoramic windows and the TrackMan simulator bays for small-team tournaments. That combines classical company party formats with an active programme item – without a change of venue.

Building blocks for a Christmas party in Hamburg

Typical flow: reception with mulled wine or aperitif in the alpine lodge, then a playful programme element on the simulator (e.g. a team tournament over international winter courses) or a short session on the covered TrackMan range, followed by dinner or buffet in the Elb-Lodge or directly in the alpine lodge. No prior golf experience required – the software explains the basics, then each team plays together.

For smaller companies the simulator area works as a compact format; for larger groups a combination of Star Tent, range and Elb-Lodge. Comparable formats on the same site: summer party outdoors in the warmer season, corporate event year-round, team events with a stronger active share, pure simulator events for tournament fans and private occasions such as weddings.

Kitchen, schedule and arrival

Concept, catering and supporting programme are planned individually by the event team; the Elb-Lodge kitchen prepares menus, buffets or traditional festive formats. Over 100 free parking spaces directly at the site plus the A1 connection (exit Moorfleet) and the S-Bahn (Mittlerer Landweg) make arrival easy for guests from across Hamburg and the surrounding region. Enquiries are typically processed within 24 hours: Book an event. Directions and parking: How to find us. Overview of all formats: Events.

Christmas party ideas in Hamburg – fireplace, TrackMan simulator, fully indoors

A different Christmas party in Hamburg: in the rustic alpine lodge with fireplace (up to 65 guests) the evening starts with mulled wine or aperitif, followed by a TrackMan simulator team tournament over international winter courses as programme highlight – no prior golf experience needed, the software explains the basics. Alternatively, the atmospheric Elb-Lodge with fireplace and panoramic windows (50–80 people, seasonal) is available. Because rooms, kitchen and simulators sit on the same site, the Christmas party runs fully indoors and is weather-independent – ideal for November and December, when it may be snowing, raining or freezing outside.

Frequently asked questions about Christmas parties in Hamburg

Which Christmas party ideas does Golf Lounge Hamburg offer?

Popular options: reception with mulled wine or aperitif in the alpine lodge, a TrackMan simulator team tournament on international courses as programme highlight, and dinner or buffet afterwards in the Elb-Lodge or directly in the alpine lodge. Alternatively a short session on the covered TrackMan range.

Does the Christmas party also work for non-golfers?

Yes. On the TrackMan simulator the software explains the basics; on request our PGA professionals give a short introduction. Teams play together and the format relies on precision instead of strength – success comes quickly.

Which room fits which atmosphere?

The alpine lodge (up to 65 people) with fireplace offers a rustic winter ambience; the Elb-Lodge (50–80 people, seasonal) with fireplace and panoramic windows an atmospheric, open feel. For larger Christmas parties the Star Tent (up to 150 people) can be added.

When should dates in November or December be booked?

Pre-Christmas dates fill up early. We recommend enquiring several months before the desired date; reply typically within 24 hours.

Does the Christmas party take place in any weather?

Yes, fully indoors. The alpine lodge, Elb-Lodge and TrackMan simulator bays are weather-independent, rooms and kitchen sit on the same site – snow, rain or frost have no impact on the schedule.
