How do I book a driving-range mat?
Via the menu under "Book a mat", pick date, time and a mat (right-/left-handed, first or second level). After booking you receive an e-mail confirmation and can go straight to the mat – no counter check-in required. Direct link: Book a mat.
What equipment is available at the mat?
Each mat has three irons (right- or left-handed), a ball box you can take balls from freely and a TrackMan monitor for training, games and virtual course rounds.
How do I know when my hour starts and ends?
The tee rises automatically when your booked hour starts and lowers again after exactly 60 minutes, so you always know when your time is up.
Can I cancel my booking?
Simulator, mat and green-fee bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. Coach lessons and courses with a coach up to 48 hours before.
How do I book a tee time?
Via "Play Golf" choose the course (6-hole or 9-hole), date and start time (max 4 tickets per booking). Friend subscribers automatically receive the discounted price after login. Direct link: Play golf.
What is the difference between the 6-hole and 9-hole course?
The 6-hole short course (Red) is shorter and ideal for beginners or quick rounds. The 9-hole course (Black) offers a full golf experience with more demanding holes. In winter (January to March) the 9-hole course is closed.
Do I need a handicap?
Not for the driving range or the simulator. For the 6- and 9-hole courses basic skills are recommended; beginners start with a handicap course or a taster course.
