The event team at Golf Lounge Hamburg plans and coordinates events at the Moorfleet venue – from the first enquiry through quote, location choice, schedule and catering to on-site support on the event day. The audience is companies, associations and private hosts looking for a weather-independent event location in Hamburg for a corporate event, a team event, a summer party, a Christmas party or a wedding. Golf Lounge itself operates the venue, the kitchen and the golf offering – planning, catering and execution stay in one hand.
One partner for venue, schedule and catering
Available spaces include the covered three-storey TrackMan driving range, the Elb-Lodge with fireplace and panoramic windows, the Star Tent (up to 150 people) and the alpine lodge (65 people); capacities range from 20 guests in the range bays up to about 150 in the tent. The Elb-Lodge kitchen prepares menus, buffets and BBQ formats; drinks, service staff, technology and decoration are organised in-house. On request, PGA coaches accompany guests with short golf introductions at the tee bays; alternatively the active element runs as a simulator tournament or a round on the 6-hole short course. No prior golf experience is required.
The team handles requests for every classical occasion from a summer party to a wedding, and also plans meetings, customer events, sales gatherings and association outings. As a Hamburg event venue with four rooms on one site, aperitif, programme and dinner can be split across different rooms – without asking guests to change location. Over 100 free parking spaces and the A1 exit make arrival from Hamburg and the surrounding region simple.

To ensure consistent quality we work exclusively with our in-house catering. From finger food and BBQ buffets to multi-course menus, we put together the right concept for you.
How do guests get to the venue?
We are conveniently located on the A1 in Hamburg-Moorfleet with more than 100 free parking spaces right outside. The city centre and central station are about 15 minutes away.
