Golf Lounge Hamburg runs a year-round golf and event resort in Moorfleet with a covered TrackMan driving range, a 6-hole short course and a 9-hole course, the in-house Elb-Lodge restaurant and several event venues. As a Hamburg employer, the site bundles several professional fields under one roof: hospitality and service, facility and range operations, event planning and execution, and – through the academy – golf training and coaching.
Jobs in hospitality, golf operations and events
Hospitality means classic restaurant work around the Elb-Lodge: service, kitchen, bar, event service. For jobs in Hamburg's hospitality sector the site therefore offers both daily operations (restaurant and range guests) and planned event formats such as corporate events, weddings and Christmas parties. In facility and range operations the work includes ball management, course and facility care and support for guests on the range and the short course. In event support you work closely with the event team and accompany occasions from preparation to execution.
For the golf training area the academy is looking for PGA coaches to lead private, group and course formats; here we work with TrackMan data analysis and a year-round covered range. Our style is deliberately open – we're a public golf facility rather than a members-only club, so colleagues meet a wide range of guests every day.
