"Kids für Olympia" is a youth format designed to give young golfers a structured entry into competitive sport – without the pressure that an early club change often brings. From the start, Golf Lounge has treated youth development as a fixed part of its training offering: children and teenagers find coaches who are didactically set up for their age group, and training conditions that scale from taster shots to tournament preparation.
For the kids that concretely means: covered driving range, short course and simulators are available all year round, so weather, holidays or early nightfall in autumn are not a reason to interrupt training. Anyone who wants to make progress can do so in a continuous rhythm – a point that is often underestimated in youth sports.
The article puts our contribution to talent development at the time into a larger picture: youth development only works permanently where infrastructure, suitable formats and patient coaching come together.
