Squad kids from Schleswig-Holstein and Hamburg at performance diagnostics at Golf Lounge Resort
Youth Development at the Highest Level
The Hanseatic Eagles of the HGU came to Golf Lounge Resort for performance diagnostics. At 5 stations – Athletics, Data, Hitting Test, SamPutt Lab, and Swing Catalyst – the squad kids from Schleswig-Holstein and Hamburg were put to the test.
Athletics
Physical fitness and mobility testing
Data & Analysis
Comprehensive data collection and evaluation
Hitting Test
Precise measurement of hitting technique
Swing Catalyst

State-of-the-Art Analysis Technology
Golf Lounge Resort has had its own Swing Catalyst System since last year and specially invited SC Ambassador Marius Bjone Golf Performance from Oslo for the event. The depth of data from the system is breathtaking – as is the individual training control that can be gained from it.
For example, it's extremely fascinating to see how you can detect one-sided or excessive stress and how much difference the groundbreaking forces make on performance. Here, nanoseconds mean worlds.
It's great to see with what joy, passion, and power the kids sometimes pursue golf.
The Future of Golf
It's now up to us to make entry into our sport as easy as possible for these kids: through group/friend offers, teams, family offers, short courses, facilities like Golf Lounge or indoor golf. We need offers in school sports, barrier-free entry for average and low earners, and concepts for structurally weak areas. And an open attitude from the clubs.
"These kids are the future. Also to inspire other kids. So let's support them."
