GOLF VACATION IN HAMBURG
Children get very easily excited about a sport, but sometimes the fire burns down very quickly in the next moment. That is why the Golf Lounge offers trial courses during vacations that teach the first swings with fun under professional supervision. Those, who are interested in golf more seriously, need a „driver’s license for golf“ just like the big ones: the Platzreife. In a five-day vacation camp, children are prepared for that in a playful way. Of utmost importance is having fun all around this particular little ball and teeing off and playing on the 9-hole course.

For four hours each day, boys and girl from 6 to 12 years of age play golf and have lunch together from 10 am to 2 pm.

In the children vacation camp, we teach children from 6 to 12 years of age the different kinds of golf swing techniques in a playful way: great hits, the short game like putting, chipping and pitching, as well as swings out of the bunker. Furthermore, the young golfers learn the rules and „etiquette“ — the right behavior on the golf course.
If you want you can gain the Platzreife — and all our offers are also available in English.
In the children vacation camps, kids learn everything the need for the Platzreife. If a child wants to take the test, in the end, is up for discussion with the parents. The test is not part of the vacation camp and can be added on later. For children who are just here for a visit or if they just like to talk English, we offer all our services in English.
Within the course, the children can complete the bronze, silver & gold badge. These badges include athletics + golf technology & it is a precursor for the “golf license“.
